PETALING JAYA: The BMW driver who is accused of fatally running down a man at Taman Desa Jaya in Johor Bahru two days ago will be charged in court tomorrow, says Seri Alam police chief Sohaimi Ishak.

Kosmo reported him as saying police had completed the investigation paper and had referred the case to the deputy public prosecutor.

He said the 25-year-old man was investigated under Sections 41(1) and 44(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for reckless or dangerous driving resulting in death, and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
