PETALING JAYA: A civil servant today pleaded not guilty to a charge of insulting the modesty of an intern by asking her to shave his pubic hair.
Aznee Osman, an administrative assistant at a government department in Kuala Lumpur, entered the plea after the charge was read to him before magistrate Farah Nabihah Dan at the Kuala Lumpur magistrates’ court.
According to the charge sheet, he is accused of insulting the modesty of a 23-year-old female intern by asking her to shave his pubic hair at the department’s office in Kuala Lumpur at 1.58pm on April 4, reported Sinar Harian.
