PETALING JAYA: Inspector-General of Police Khalid Ismail says police are looking into the person who allegedly claimed government assistance such as BUDI95 and Sumbangan Asas Rahmah under the name of Riduan Abdullah, the former husband of M Indira Gandhi.
He said police are committed to complying with the Ipoh High Court’s order to reunite Indira with her daughter, Prasana Diksa, and find Riduan.
“Checks are being made, with the immigration department’s cooperation, to confirm the status of (Riduan’s) travel ban,” he said in a statement today.
