PETALING JAYA: An animal welfare group has called for immediate action to be taken by the authorities after a dog was purportedly found skinned alive in an industrial area in Krubong, Melaka.
Persatuan Haiwan Terbiar Malaysia (SAFM) urged the police and the department of veterinary services to investigate the case without delay, describing the act as inhumane and brutal.
“This is a clear case of animal cruelty, and the perpetrator must face the full force of the law,” SAFM said in a Facebook post.
