AMSTERDAM: KLM ground crews will go on strike at Amsterdam airport on July 9, unless the Dutch arm of airline group Air France KLM meets their demands for higher wages, labour union CNV said today.
The planned eight-hour strike would come at a very busy time for the airport, as school holidays start next week in parts of the Netherlands.
KLM said it would consider asking a court to forbid the strike, as it successfully did last month.
