MACC chief commissioner Azam Baki confirms the arrest of Hafizuddeain Jantan and his two wives at 7pm today.
PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested former army chief Hafizuddeain Jantan and his two wives in connection with an army procurement tender project.
MACC chief commissioner Azam Baki confirmed the arrests, reported Buletin TV3.
“As of 7pm, we have detained the former army chief and his two wives,” said Azam.
MACC said the cash, amounting to more than RM4 million in foreign currencies, was found in a high-performance SUV left in a workshop for repairs.
Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner have hinted at the prospect of playing together in a doubles tournament one day.
