PETALING JAYA: The body of a woman was found bound and naked by the roadside near a stream at Blue Water Estate in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, today.
Serdang police chief Farid Ahmad said a man filed a report about the discovery of the body at about 3.45pm, Sinar Harian reported.
He said a preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was about 144cm tall, had brown hair past her shoulders, long fingernails, and was wearing silver earrings.
