A wide range of activities will be held during the event on Sept 1-7 at the Tunku Azizah Royal Craft Village in Pekan.

PETALING JAYA: Supporting the Royal Pahang Weave Foundation’s efforts to elevate local arts and craft to the global stage, the Pahang Heritage Festival will be held next month at the Tunku Azizah Royal Craft Village in Pulau Keladi, Pekan, Pahang.

Running from Sept 1-7, the inaugural event will welcome participants from Turkey as well as Asean countries including Laos, Singapore and Indonesia.

The Royal Pahang Weave Foundation (Yayasan Tenun Pahang Diraja) is under the patronage of Pahang ruler Al-Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah, and the Tengku Ampuan of Pahang, Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah.
