PETALING JAYA: The parents of a five-year-old boy who died in April after having been left inside a school van for more than four hours will be suing the “parties responsible for the incident”.

According to a media invite sent to FMT by legal firm Ng Kian Nam & Partners, the parents of Teo Yu Ze have instructed them to take legal action against those responsible for his death, though they did not specify who the defendants would be.

The firm will be holding a press conference to give details of the lawsuit at the Johor Bahru courthouse on Oct 30.
