PETALING JAYA: After hinting at a contest in the Gum Gum seat earlier today, Sabah PKR is now hoping to contest in the Karamunting seat as well, which is expected to be defended by Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah.
Sabah PKR chief Mustapha Sakmud said that the party is hoping to elect another “Anwar Ibrahim’s representative” in this state seat.
Mustapaha, who is also Sepanggar MP, said he would ensure that the party’s candidate for this seat will be rigorously screened so that they can champion the “reformasi” agenda advocated by the party and Anwar.
