PETALING JAYA: Men’s doubles shuttlers Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin Rumsani have entered the semi-finals of the Australian Open by defeating the Korean-Malaysian pair of Choi Sol Gyu-Goh V Shem today.

Sze Fei-Izzuddin, who have failed to qualify for the World Tour Finals next month, were made to sweat against their 57th ranked rivals, taking 68 minutes to win 21-13, 20-22, 22-20.

The world No 4 pair will be hoping to end their disappointing season on a high by winning the World Tour Super 500 Australian Open title in Sydney.
