The Kuala Lumpur-based centre acts as a one-stop service hub for Malaysian entrepreneurs seeking trade opportunities with Thailand.

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian branch of Thailand’s department of international trade promotion (DITP) is positioning itself as the premier one-stop service hub for Malaysian entrepreneurs who wish to explore trade opportunities with Thailand.

A Thai government agency under its commerce ministry, DITP serves as a global “business bridge” for international traders.

With Malaysia and Thailand targeting a bilateral trade value of US$30 billion by 2027, DITP Malaysia is encouraging local businesses to explore Thailand’s diverse and high-quality products, particularly in food and beverages, health and beauty, and home décor, all of which align with Malaysian market preferences.
