PETALING JAYA: A director of Wagyu House Malaysia Sdn Bhd has pleaded not guilty at the Kuala Lumpur High Court to two charges of falsifying information in the company’s statutory documents relating to the resignation of a director and share transfers.
The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) said Thomas Chan allegedly forged signatures on a resignation letter and share transfer documents.
“The accused was also charged with instructing the company secretary to prepare and submit to him information related to the change of company director and share transfers,” SSM said in a statement today.
