KUALA LUMPUR: Two female e-hailing drivers have been fined RM30,000 each after pleading guilty to three counts of fraudulent payment using Near-Field Communication (NFC) via their mobile phones at several shopping centres in June.

Sessions court judge Suhaila Haron imposed a fine of RM10,000, or four months in prison in default, for each charge against Chong Yin Hong, 42, and Chong Li Shian, 39, after they changed their plea to guilty at today’s mention.
