PUTRAJAYA: The Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) today recommended disciplinary action against two officers from the health ministry’s private medical practice control section following weaknesses in the management of feedback and delays in completing an investigation paper.

The commission said it had received complaints about the officers in Putrajaya and Melaka, who allegedly failed to respond to an application for the release of seized items.

The investigation was carried out under Subsection 27(4) of the EAIC Act 2009.
