KOTA BHARU: Nearly-extinct heritage dishes such as itik solor, kerabu beko, nasi 100, ros lidah and apam bakar were among those featured at a heritage food festival held here today.
“The festival showcases over 150 heritage dishes from 10 districts in Kelantan,” said Shaharuddin Abu Sohot, secretary-general of the ministry of tourism, arts and culture.
The festival is part of the ministry’s initiative to promote, preserve and sustain heritage food, especially those recognised as national heritage.
