The Court of Appeal rejects Rosmah Mansor’s claim that Justice Zaini Mazlan was biased.

PUTRAJAYA: Rosmah Mansor has again failed to recuse the judge who convicted her three years ago of corruption in connection with a RM1.25 billion solar hybrid project for rural schools in Sarawak.

In a unanimous decision, the Court of Appeal dismissed her claim that Justice Zaini Mazlan was biased, ruling that the allegation lacked merit.

“The appellant (Rosmah) also failed to show that the trial judge was biased,” said Justice Ahmad Zaidi Ibrahim, who led a three-member bench.
